Fun in the Sun

The Palm Beach Gregory's spent some time at our place this weekend. We headed to the beach on Saturday where the big kids rode boogie boards while Ryan & Alexis played in the sand....correction, Lexi played in the sand while Ryan threw sand at her. Note his left hand, full of sand, which he threw in his cousin's face about 2 seconds after this picture was taken...Gotta love 3 year olds.

Look Mom....No training wheels!

Here's how the school year has gone for Ryan. August: Rode in the baby seat on the back of my bike. September-December: Outgrew the baby seat & upgraded to the trailer on the back of my bike. January- May, alternate between riding his scooter & riding his bike with training wheels to school when we drop-off & pick up his sisters. As of May 15, he is a big man on campus....riding his big bike with NO TRAINING WHEELS. It's about time, he is almost 3 1/2!!

Who needs school when we can fish?!

The 2nd Grade at JCE had a walking field trip to one of the parks in the area with a pond. One of the teacher's is married to a professional fisherman & they got a grant so each child (180 second graders) got a fishing poll, reel & tackle box to keep after the trip. Craig took the day off & spent the day fishing with Sam.

Mother Daughter Tea

Zoe & I got to spend some 1 on 1 time together at the annual Mother/Daughter Tea for her Daisy Troop. We did crafts & had lots of yummy food!

Sam the Soccer Star

Supa' Star Sammy as we affectionately call her, is scoring almost every game....sometimes 4 goals in a game. She loves every minute of it too!

The Word Search Queen

Any given day, at any given time, Zoe can be found with her Word Search book....in the morning, after school, before bed, even in bed!

Pizza, Movie on the lawn & PJ's!

Zoe's Daisy troop did it again! They continue to top themselves. Friday night was "Wear your PJ's, bring a sleeping bag & watch a movie on the lawn with pizza & popcorn night!" Big sisters & little brothers were invited too. A night they surely won't soon forget!
