Animal Kingdom!
Sam & Zoe rode the roller coaster at Animal Kingdom, Expedition Everest 3 times....and when I tell you they weren't happy that we wouldn't let them ride it a 4th time, they were MAD.... We also went on a safari where we saw lots of animals including 2 baby elephants playing in a mud puddle. The kids learned about tracking animals, went to the petting zoo, saw the parade and a couple of pretty cool shows too! For as much fun as we had, it seems like it is time to plan a Cedar Point visit with our two little dare devils!

Hollywood Studios!
We met lots of our favorite characters at Hollywood Studios. Ryan was thrilled to finally have face to face time with his BFF, Lightning McQueen! Also, Sam was pretty happy to meet up with her first favorite characters, Mike Wazowski & Sully from Monsters Inc.! All the while, Sam & Zoe were pin-trading stalkers with the Cast Members at the park.

3rd Annual Daddy Daughter Dance!
Another year, another dance, another token picture with me! The girls & Craig got gussied up for their annual night out together. They headed out to dinner before the dance & rode around in a horse drawn carriage. As for Ryan & I, well, we had a mother-son dinner & a quiet night with Ryan's favorite movie, Cars!
The Z-meister is 8!
The kids get to choose whatever they want for dinner on their birthday. They have the option to go out, or I'll make them any dinner they would like. For Zoe's 8th Birthday, she couldn't come up with a better option than the ol' Golden Corral. Funny thing about that....Papa was jealous that he wasn't there to partake!!

He Came!
This was our very first Christmas all alone. It was different without Papa, Mema & Uncle Steve, but thanks to the world of technology we did Skype after gifts had been opened. Momma decided that since we were on our own this year we would make a bold decision about Christmas Dinner. We ordered Chinese food. We even got a little saucy & had it delivered. Best. Decision. Ever. We were free to assemble & play all kinds of games since we weren't tied up in the kitchen making food. The pictures of Sam & Zoe that look like their heads are going to explode are when they opened their coveted DSi's....which they didn't put down until they had to return to school.
Christmas Eve Flag Football
In anticipation of feasting on lots of delicious goodies over the holidays...we decided to burn some calories on Xmas Eve by playing Flag Football with some of our friends & neighbors. The good news? We played for a couple of hours & everyone left the field injury-free. Oh, & Craig was the total Football stud with 3 touchdowns!
